Return & Cancellation Policy

1.Returns
We do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances. An unopened product may be returned only if:

•       It was damaged in transit — photographic evidence required within 48 hours of delivery

•       It was incorrectly dispatched (wrong product sent)

Authorised returns must be initiated by contacting us at hello@lifessence.in within 48 hours of receiving the order. Products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by us in the case of our error, and by the customer in all other cases.

2. Order Cancellation
Based on the stage of processing, the following applies.

Before preparation:
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this window, your order will have entered preparation and cannot be cancelled.

After preparation:
Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been prepared.

Consultation cancellations:
Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit 50% of the consultation fee. No-shows will be charged in full.

3. How to Cancel
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at hello@lifessence.in or +91 99588 64384 with your order number. Cancellation requests are processed during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST).

4. Refunds on Cancellation
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Payment gateway processing times may add an additional 3–5 business days.

5.Payment Gateway Refunds
For payments made via Razorpay or PayU, refunds are processed through the respective payment gateway and may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
