Shipping & Delivery Policy

1.Order Processing Time
As all products are bespoke and made to order, please allow 24–48 hours for preparation before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Coverage
We ship pan-India. We currently do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of ₹90 applies to all orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in the case of our error.

4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days for most locations in India. Remote or rural areas may require additional time. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5.Tracking
A tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to track your order through our courier partner's website.

6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts due to the customer being unavailable or incorrect address provided, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours at hello@lifessence.in. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
In the rare event of a lost shipment, please contact us after 15 business days from the dispatch date. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and resolve the matter within 7 business days.

8. Storage Conditions
All Lifessence products must be stored at 25°C or below. If you live in a warm region, we recommend refrigerating the product upon receipt. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper storage after delivery.
