By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

4. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are additional and displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are final.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of stock.

5. Payment
Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, and other payment methods made available on the website from time to time. Payment is required in full before dispatch of any order.

All payment transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details on our servers. For any payment disputes, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

6. Consultations
Damini Tandan offers Bach Flower consultations and animal communication sessions as personal wellness services. These sessions are not medical consultations and do not constitute veterinary advice.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, product descriptions, branding, and design — is the intellectual property of Pawessence Petcare (OPC) Pvt Ltd. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
Lifessence products are wellness supplements and are not intended to replace veterinary care. We are not liable for any adverse effects arising from use of our products in conjunction with medications or pre-existing health conditions without prior veterinary consultation.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
